Ashok Kumar Srivastava graduated with a B.Tech. Honours in
Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur with First Division
in 1966. His illustrious career spans major companies including
Firestone Tyres Ltd, Goodyear Tyres Ltd, Richardson Hindustan,
and Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd (PGHH) in
India.
As a founding team member at PGHH India, he was pivotal in
launching renowned household brands like Ariel Detergent,
Pantene Shampoo, and Head & Shoulders Shampoo. His
leadership was instrumental in establishing P&G plants in
economically backward areas with minimal capital costs and
pioneering contract manufacturing strategies.
Post-retirement, Srivastava founded and led Win Win Solutions,
a strategic consultancy aiding foreign companies in establishing
operations in India. Passionate about mentoring, Srivastava is
known for his dedication to guiding the younger generation with
energy and determination.
